During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any available shipping discounts will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after they are shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been marked as delivered.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help you locate your order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and help provide a solution.
